- Creating infrastructure and tools for managing the bank's and ecosystem's "product shelf" in the B2B segment (over 110 products)

- Increased operational efficiency in supporting legal entities: optimized approximately 75 FTEs (Full-Time Equivalents)

- Formed an in-house development team for end-to-end process automation
